Prisoners For Peace.com is a world wide movement with a healing intention on a mass scale. Our healing intention is to create a bridge between inmates and the community outside of the walls of captivity. There are too many misconceptions of each other on both sides of the fence. The media along with the fears of a few are using their resources to portray prisoners in a negative light. This creates negative vibes towards the community in the hearts of prisoners. No one wants to feel that their community is endangered, and no one wants to feel like they’re being abandoned or thrown away. We want to work towards healing these feelings on both sides. Our hope is that through our stories, blogs and personal invitation into who we are as men will allow the community a rare chance to get to know each of us on a deeper level. The community will have access into our daily routines, programs, as well as our trials and tribulations, our strengths and weaknesses. We will be personally involved with the community and the questions of the community as best as our resources will allow us to be.

            We believe that there is a shift in awareness, and a shift in consciousness happening as we speak. The hearts of humanity are awakening into a Goddess energy as the masculine energy is taking it’s place in the universe as the student, learning from the Goddess energy how to live more from our hearts instead of living for our egos and pride. Believe it or not, there are men behind these walls who are not only willing to struggle on this path of positive energy and healing, but are authentically doing it. We as a whole are men of different faiths, ethnicities and backgrounds, but we all believe in the power of healing intentions and the power of positive energy working to unite the hearts of humanity. We see past all of the stereotypes and color lines and choose to see the hearts and spirits of every man, woman and child as “One Soul”.

            We are like any other brother or sister, mother or father, son or daughter out there, riddled with flaws and laced with wounds, some closer to the surface than others and some deeper than others. But that is where the healing has already begun. We all have a past, and we all know who we used to be, but that is not who we are today. That is what this is all about for us, helping the community in seeing who we are today, and where we want to be tomorrow. Our stories will shed light on our individual journeys, where we came from and where we are now, both spiritually and emotionally, and in return we hope that the community will share with us about their journeys too. The only way that we can grow in healing the hearts of humanity is if we share our “medicine” with one another and continue to pass it on, allowing Spirit to move through each of  us to each of us.
